We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and bathroom were amazing, and the little touches like the free water and chocolate during turndown service were much appreciated. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was also larger than expected, giving us plenty of space to relax. Additionally, the hotel offered great cleanliness, had excellent facilities, and provided convenient parking. We also found it easy to access transportation, and there was plenty of information available about the hotel and the surrounding area.

This hotel was one of the most elegant we've experienced in the US. The lobby bar was amazing, serving incredibly awesome martinis. The breakfast was good and the staff gave us great dinner recommendations. The concierge service was very helpful and made theater arrangements for us. The hotel itself was beautiful, with super large and clean rooms. The bathroom had a large shower with excellent water pressure. The staff was great and the two concierge provided us with enormous amounts of information about the city.
