I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location overlooking Lake Michigan was absolutely breathtaking. The staff provided true 5-star service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. They genuinely care about the guests and go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. The hotel facilities are top-notch, from the beautiful spa to the great pool and hot tub. The location is perfect for shopping and dining, as it is situated on The Magnificent Mile.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a huge pool and a game room that our family loved. The room, especially the executive junior suite with a lake view, was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from the iconic John Hancock building and next to the water tower. We were able to explore the city easily, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
